Jack Bosch is a German immigrant that realized he didn’t enjoy his job, while working towards attaining his green card. He began to get interested in real estate as his “plan b” for work. He stumbled upon land-flipping, and it didn’t take long for him to earn his first million.

Now, after more than 3000 transactions, he has purchased everything from raw land to 100+ unit apartments. This interview is very insightful, and loads of fun!

His advice to an 18/20-year-old is: Everything should be designed to roll cash into forever cash/cash flow!

JD got started as a real estate investor a few years ago. He and his wife have purchased (2) single family homes, (3) duplexes, and (2) four-plexes. They are looking at larger multi-family properties now, and have already had some great success!

His advice to an E-1/E-2 (18/20-year-old) is: Don’t blow your money on Harley’s and booze…joking. Use your VA loan to house hack with your buddies as soon as humanly possible! Time will be a great ally to you!

Jeremy has been investing in real estate for quite a few years. He has bought and sold several single-family homes, fourplexes, and even flipped a couple of former meth homes. Jeremy now owns a 13 unit, and is about to have a 36 unit apartment complex under contract!

His advice to an E-1/E-2 (18/20-year-old) is: Just get started! Take a step forward every day. Jeremy wishes that he had utilized the VA loan for a house hack much earlier in his career, and recommends you research that now!

Michael Mazzella is one of the biggest fix and flip investors on the island of Oahu!

Michael served in the Army special forces, and retired after his last tour in Oahu. He became a fixer upper on the island and has renovated over 240 deals!
Michael spent a little time as a Rich Dad Poor Dad real estate investing coach before starting the Honolulu Mentor coaching program in Hawaii. I have gotten to meet several of his students and heard nothing but good things!

His advice to an E-1/E-2 (18/20-year-old) is: Start with wealth creation (fix and flip real estate) before moving into passive income. You need to build wealth first! Time is always more important that money (because money is a renewable resource, and time is not) so start young!
